When ordering from our web-site, MyPacifier.com will send an e-mail to the buyer, with the agreement between buyer and the company. An invoice with the final agreed upon price is included with the items ordered. This invoice includes any discount that may be given.
Mypacifier.com cannot accept responsibility for order errors made by the customer, or for products that are being phased out.
MyPacifier.com reserves the right to refuse orders requesting pacifiers with text that contains inappropriate language for baby products.
We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your credit card. You will always be able to stop a payment after receiving your bank statement. Should your card be misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you will not be liable for any form of self-risk.

The credit card charge takes place when MyPacifier.com ships your order. The amount you confirmed at the time of purchase is the maximum amount that you will pay.

The pacifiers are sent from Denmark. MyPacifier.com uses the Danish and United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipment. (There can be processing time in customs when the shipments arrive in the US)
You will receive your order within 5-12 business days (Monday-Friday) - due to the situation with COVID-19 the delivery time can be long.
Delivery costs are based on the USPS current postal rates plus a small sum to cover handling. We do not ship to hotels, motels, and/or inns.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are sold out by our suppliers or that require extended delivery schedules. We make every effort to fill orders immediately.
If you order multiple products at the same time from MyPacifier.com, the weight of the products will be calculated and delivery charges will be calculated accordingly. Delivery time refers to the number of days that pass before MyPacifier.com ships the ordered items. In the event of substantially extended delivery times, you will be immediately informed and given the opportunity to cancel or alter your order.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF PERSONALIZED PACIFIERS
MyPacifier.com has a strict no-return policy for personalized items. MyPacifier Personalized Pacifiers are custom-imprinted and cannot be resold as a result. Once purchased, we incur the cost of the pacifiers as well as imprinting. It is therefore incumbent that customers make style selections very carefully. Type the phrase or name you want imprinted very carefully as well. There are several points during the purchase process to verify your product selection or text. MyPacifier.com cannot be held financially responsible for order errors made by the customer.
Designer Pacifiers have a 14-day right of return that is calculated from the day they are received. Should you change your mind about a purchase, simply return all the items ordered to the address below. The products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Used products cannot be returned. Once the package is open, no return is permitted. Any right of return is void if you use the product in such a way that lessens the sales value of the product. Designer Pacifiers must be returned in their original, unopened package. Simply return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it. In the event of your returning a Designer Pacifier purchase, the price of the purchase will be credited to the account that was registered in connection with your purchase. Credit will be given as quickly as possible, after we have received the returned product(s) and determined that they meet the conditions for right of return. Buyers are responsible for postal charges to return items.
IMPORTANT! No right of return is provided for products that must be produced or adapted to individual requirements, as long as production or adaptation has already begun. However, this is only the case when you have already agreed to MyPacifier.com beginning production or adaptation within the timeframe of your right to return. By accepting the conditions of purchase associated with the order of a product, you also accept that production of that product can begin within the timeframe of your right of return.
There is a two-year warranty provided in accordance with standard consumer law, which covers fabrication and material defects that are ascertained during normal use of the product. Damage to the product resulting from incorrect use, mistreatment, modifications or gross misuse by the user, are not covered by the warranty. MyPacifier.com must be informed of defects that should be determined by a customary inspection of the product within a reasonable timeframe, if the product is to be replaced. Thereafter the product can be returned for repair, replaced or, if agreed to, credited. In the case of replacement of a faulty product, MyPacifier.com will pay associated shipping costs, as long as these are reasonable. While not a requirement, handling is easier if all relevant information is included with the returned package; for example, a copy of the order confirmation, bank details, a copy of previous correspondence etc.
